Healing Sound Journeys with Alexis Rios

About this event

Paid Event - RSVP [here](innerhealingwithalexisrios.com/events) before hand

The intention for this month's sound journey is:

Come join us for a relaxing sound journey and meditation based upon this theme.

Want to get recharged? Want to get grounded? Or simply, you just want to quiet your mind and meditate for a while.

You can acheive all of that and MORE with my new & recurring sound bath events every 4th Sunday @ 10AM!

Sound has been proven to affect the body, mind & spirit depending on the frequency of the sound. This is why sound baths can have so many amazing benefits.

Sound frequency from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments can help to jar loose old stagnant and stuck energies in the body and auric field. They can help ground you, cleanse you and even heal the body by allowing your cells to recharge!

But don't take my word for it, come experience these benefits first hand!

This is a paid event with limited space so reserve your spot ahead!

I look forward to seeing you there!

SOUND BATH WILL BEGIN @ 10:10 AM. NO ADMITTANCE AFTER SOUND BATH BEGINS

Admission fee: $33
