What to expect https://www.cosumnes.org/hiking-trails
Walk in some shade and sun, so bring sun and cold weather protection and water. I will share mindfulness invitations and we will walk to the observation point. Some benches are available however bring a stool or blanket to sit.
What to bring Feel free to bring stadium seats or cushions, there are benches on Trail. Snacks, water, and weather appropriate clothes.
Please bring your own art supplies. If you're new to watercolor, check out the videos below. Message me at sign up and I am happy to sit with first timers and answer any questions.
